The apartment complex, last renovated in 2002, offers a total of 139 apartments and features a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access and a newspaper stand. Other on-site amenities include a TV lounge, children's playground, café, bar and restaurant. For an extra fee, guests may take advantage of Internet access and the laundry service. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park, and those looking to explore the area on two wheels may hire bikes from the establishment. The apartments consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
