I did not receive my Confirmation Email

Please try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox to see if your Confirmation Email was inadvertently sent to one of those folders.
  2. Login to your Travel Account and in the upper right-hand corner, click on the My Bookings link.
    1. All of your reservations can be found there.
    2. You'll be able to resend your confirmation email to the email address you booked with.
  3. If you still cannot locate your reservation, please contact us, Travel Support at 800-254-7780.

Note: When booking your hotel room, always verify your email address you entered during the purchase process. This is the email address we will send your Confirmation Email to.

I want to change or cancel my reservation.

Please call Travel Support, 800-254-7780. This number can also be found in the confirmation email you received when you booked your hotel. In addition, you can see the hotel provider's cancellation policy, in this same email, regarding refunds of a reservation and/or any cancellation fees that may apply. The policies are clearly detailed and are closely followed because of our contractual arrangements.

How do I get my hotel refund after I've canceled my reservation?

Your refund will be the total amount paid, less any cancellation fees per the hotel's cancellation policy that can be found in your reservation confirmation email.
The funds will be refunded to your card that was used to purchase within 3-7 business days.
