The apartment is for you and you only, your own private escape. The apartments sleep up to 4 in 2 King Size beds. You’ll have access to a friendly team of guest advocates 24/7 in case of emergencies. On site parking is available. We respect our neighbors privacy and need for a safe environment, please make sure to be respectful to our neighbors, we want them to like us . No loud noise while in the pool area, NO PARTIES on the property, and NO SMOKING. Our goal is for you to have a nice, relaxing, stress free stay. Check in is from 3pm with check out by 11am – you can request late check out for an additional fee. Want to arrive earlier? The housekeepers take extra time and care to get everything ready, you may be able to drop bags off earlier but this is not guaranteed, please ask I will send you check in details in advance and give you a call on the day of check in to make sure you have everything. Please ask for any tips about what to eat, drink, see or do in Houston. Also please don’t download anything illegal – your service would then be lost. COVID-19 Update: I have adopted both Airbnb and Vrbo Enhanced Cleaning Protocols to make your stay safe. Due to the intense focus on cleaning, the check-out time is 11am and check in 3pm so we have enough time to clean. Any Long-Term Stay is subject to additional cleaning fees of $50 per clean.
