A security deposit of $150. 00 is required at check-in. All RCI Points inbounds will be charged a housekeeping fee of $85. 13 per stay. No Smoking in units. Any smell or sign of smoke in the unit will carry a US $200. 00 charge. No pets allowed. Service Dogs must be “state”-certified and require a damage fee of US$250. 00.
