Set above Waterhead Bay in Ambleside is the The Lakehouse Rooms at The Waterhead Inn, Ambleside. The rooms are individually decorated, and offer tea and coffee facilities, TV, WIFI and an private bathroom with toiletries. Upon arrival please make your way to The Waterhead Inn, located on the main road before you turn up the bank to The Lakehouse, as this is where check-in is located. Traditional Full English breakfasts alongside continental options are served daily at the The Waterhead Inn which is located across the road from The Lakehouse rooms. If guests have booked Room Only, Breakfast can be added for an additional cost. The Waterhead Inn also serves lunch and evening dining options if required. Please note The Lakehouse is across the road from The Waterhead Inn and this is up an incline so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Surrounded by scenic walking routes, this recently refurbished Inn is just a few yards from the shores of Lake Windermere. Free parking is available on-site, subject to availability or alternatively, there are chargeable car parks nearby.
