The apartment is located on the corner of E. Plater and Swietokrzyska streets, 400 meters from the Palace of Culture and Science and Central Railway Station. Near by are Grzybowski Square, Synagogue and Prózna Street which is one of sparse Warsaw street whose parts of mutual buildings (tenement houses no. 7, 9, 12 and 14) have survived the destruction of the Ghetto. Since 2004 Festival of Jewish Culture in Warsaw is held there. Nearby is the Cosmopolitan building.
