Any reservation that is canceled 24 hours or more prior to the pick-up time in the destination city will be charged a nominal $10.00 cancellation fee.

For your convenience a “Cancel Reservation” link is available in the footer of your car rental confirmation email and/or your online itinerary. These links are the fastest and most convenient way to cancel your car rental reservation.

Reservations within 24 hours of pickup in the destination city are non-cancellable and considered no-shows. This will result in the FULL amount of the rental being charged. No Exceptions. By clicking on the "BOOK" button you agree to the applicable cancellation policies.
When applicable refunds for cancellations will be processed automatically after the cancellation and will be credited to the payment card used for the original booking. It may take up to 3 days for the credit to appear on your card based on the above policies.
No reservation modifications allowed including name on reservation, pick up location, pick up date, return date and others. To change your reservation, you will need to cancel the existing car rental reservation and rebook using your Travel Site.
Failure to pick up the car rental will be deemed a no show and will result in the full charge of the rental to the customer.

The Great Northern
