The outside as well as the inside are inviting and will make you feel right at home in no time. The four bedrooms and sofa bed are all comfy and offer a great nights sleep. Its location means its close to many of Oxfords attractions, bars, shops and restaurants. This warm and welcoming home is equipped with a lot of contemporary furniture and appliances. The comfortable sitting room has a lot of light and is the homes central communal space. It comes with a large sofa, an armchair and a large TV. Its an ideal place to rewind after a day of exploring ancient Oxford. The dining room table is located next to the living room area and next to the homes kitchen. Itll fit you and all your guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything youd need and ready for you to use it. The living area also opens up into a small but beautiful patio, ideal to relax during good weather. Throughout the house youll find light wood panelling and lots of designs inspired by the great north. The large bedrooms with extremely comfortable mattresses, offer the ideal place for a good nights sleep. One bedroom comes with a king size bed and two with double beds. There is even a Scandinavian single bed, ready for adults and children alike. The home also comes with a sofa bed, comfortably sleeping 2 additional guests. The 2 bathrooms are clean and neat and feature a shower and a bathtub respectively. One of the bathrooms is en suite for additional privacy when travelling in a group and there are also 2 toilet rooms for guests convenience. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. Youll feel right at home here. Youll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, youll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm. Right in the heart of Oxford only moments away from the Oxford University Natural History Museum, plenty of colleges and more, yet it feels like your far away from the hustle and bustle. The University Press, many Colleges, cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the home is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. The centre of Oxford is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. Youre also never too far from Oxfords great nightlife. Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. Youll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
